Well this deisgn was suppose to be a icon for songs that i would like to create , but i have no idea how that workds besides that i need such a programm first(like vocaloid jsut less japanese?xD), my cousin had an music programm once maybe i should ask him?
but i guess i will just give that idea up since it sounds hard and i wont get an prog...
